A fun filled session on the generational myths about Pregnancy that you should double check before following. Learn the reason why things are , the way they are and make an informed but not fear based pregnancy lifestyle change. Some things may just not be as difficult.

Pregnancy Discomforts Management and Warning Signs

Pregnancy the magical phase brings with it a huge change and with that some discomforts. In this session you learn the reason for discomforts and how to reduce them. 

-Nausea, Back Pain, Swelling, Heartburn etc. We also discuss what is normal and when to contact your doctor.

Labor Management and ChildBirth Preparation

You might be very anxious about how you will manage Labor pain. You might ask yourself ‘How will I endure it?’ No one has guided you as well as. All the stories from your mothers and grandmothers scare you! Do not worry, you need to know this- Labor can be managed, pain can be naturally reduced? Women who learnt about Labor management were better able to manage it and even had blissful births, so much so they wanted to experience labor again!

Covered in two sessions, you learn about

  • Labor contractions

  • When to go to the hospital

  • Manage Labor- Massage, exercises, breathing

  • Different stages of Labor and how you can navigate it.

Pregnancy Fitness and Exercises

A healthy Pregnancy is a combination of good nutrition and an active lifestyle. Traditionally women are encouraged to relax and slow down, even stop exercising, however guided exercise can reduce Pregnancy Discomforts, swelling, prepare one for vaginal delivery etc

In this session, you learn:

  • Stretches for a Healthy Pregnancy

Postpartum Care is essential to help a mother recover well. The care also differs for a Vaginal and Cesarean Delivery.

Postpartum Emotional Wellness Program (Building your support system)

This session busts myths and speaks about how the family structure changes postpartum. As the hormones shift, the emotional changes also make it a challenge early postpartum to manage it all. This session is a preparatory base to learn about these changes so as to better your transition as well as ways to manage , prepare the family for a good parenting head start!
