Cancellation Policy

  1. Client-Initiated Cancellations:

    • More than 24 Hours Notice:

      • Clients may cancel or reschedule their consultation appointment without any penalty if done more than 24 hours in advance.

      • Refunds will be processed, or credit will be applied to the client’s account for future consultations.

    • Less than 24 Hours Notice:

      • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be charged a cancellation fee of [insert percentage or fixed amount].

      • No refunds will be issued for last-minute cancellations, but clients may reschedule with the cancellation fee applied to the new appointment.

  2. No-Show Policy:

    • Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged the full consultation fee.

    • No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

Consultant-Initiated Cancellations:

  • In the unlikely event that a consultant needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment, clients will be notified as soon as possible.

  • Clients will be offered the option to reschedule at a convenient time or receive a full refund for the missed consultation.

Refund Policy

  • Consultation Services:

    • Refunds for consultation services are generally not provided unless under extenuating circumstances, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

    • Clients unsatisfied with the service may contact us within 7 days of the appointment to discuss potential resolutions, which may include a partial refund or a complimentary follow-up session.

  • Products and Materials:

    • If any physical or digital products were purchased as part of the consultation service, returns and refunds will follow the specific policy provided at the time of purchase.

    • Digital products (e.g., eBooks, guides) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

  • To Cancel or Reschedule:

  • To Request a Refund:

    • Submit a request via email or whatsapp with your name, appointment details, and reason for the refund request.

    • Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within  7-10 business days.
