Labor Management Sessions

You might be very anxious about how you will manage Labor pain. Worry not! There are natural ways to manage this. This is covered in two sessions with basics of when to know you are in labor to how to manage until deliver.

New Born Care

This session includes everything about taking care of the baby from burping to massage to ensuring that the baby is full.
